# Invoice Follow-up Copy Pack Fulfillment Checklist Use this only after a real external payment provider shows a paid order. Do not start custom work from a request, page view, email, or brief download alone. ## Intake - Confirm request source URL, date, and public-safe contact method. - Confirm buyer sent invoice status, preferred tone, needed follow-up type, payment wording constraints, and timeline. - Confirm no invoice numbers, bank details, card data, tax IDs, identity documents, client private data, full customer lists, or legal dispute details were collected. - Confirm buyer understands this is editable communication copy only, not legal, tax, accounting, collection, or financial advice. ## Payment Gate - Send one real external checkout or invoice link only after fit is confirmed. - Wait until the provider shows paid_order_verified, paid order, payout balance, or settled payment. - Log the order source and provider status in OPERATIONS.md without exposing private buyer, client, invoice, or payment details. ## Build - Draft one polite payment reminder email. - Draft one due-today payment note. - Draft one first overdue follow-up. - Draft one paid thank-you message. - Draft one next-invoice or recurring-work note. - Keep copy editable and free of legal threats, debt-collection claims, or guaranteed payment promises. ## Delivery - Deliver text blocks through the buyer's agreed channel. - Include a note that the buyer must review accuracy, tone, client relationship, and local rules before sending. - Offer one lightweight revision for tone, typos, or fit. - Mark the pipeline delivered, then revision_done or closed after the buyer response.
